zhim! 是一個可使用數種中文輸入法，輸入中文的記事本應用程式。可在不同應用程式之間以剪貼簿方式分享文字資料。並且在中/英文混合輸入的狀況時，可以直接輸入單字詞，或切換至全英文輸入模式，不需要重複在切換鍵盤，以達到快速輸入的目的。
iPhone 內建的輸入法有手寫、注音及拼音三種中文輸入方式。而 zhim! 可支援更多中文環境下普遍的輸入方式，目前支援的輸入法有無蝦米、倉頡、大易、注音及拼音五種輸入方式。
zhim! 並非原生式的輸入方式，因此在不同的應用程式之間，需要透過剪貼簿的方式傳遞資料。因此請確認你的 iPhone OS 為 3.0 以上版本。

如果你要開啟新郵件，可以直接選擇將文章傳送至新郵件，或如果是要查詢某一個地點的所在地圖，也可直接傳送至地圖程式。

符號與其他數字鍵視不同的輸入方式有所不同，若該輸入法的拆字碼不包含的文字，皆可直接輸入，其他則需於選字區中選擇即可。

A: 不支援。因為剪貼簿為主要的資料傳遞方式，而 3.0 以前的版本尚未支援。因此在較舊的版本執行，實用性也收到更多的限制，所以並不支援。
Q: zhim! 可使用橫式鍵盤嗎?
A: 目前不支援。橫式鍵盤實際上會佔掉更多的可視範圍，而且手指間的距離加大，對於文字輸入並不會帶來明顯的速度優勢，所以目前版本並未開啟橫式鍵盤的支援。

如何使用:
第一次安裝進入 zhim! 後，或是要切換輸入法，請進入設定，然後選擇所要使用的輸入方式，及適合自己輸入速度的字根查詢間隔時間，回到主畫面後後則可開始使用所選擇的輸入法進行中文輸入。

完成輸入文章後，選擇動作鍵可將文章傳送至剪貼簿，此時便可結束 zhim!，接著在你所以需要的應用程式中，選擇貼上即可。

Original iPhone comes with 3 Chinese input methods: Handwriting, Pinyin and Zhuyin. zhim! support more input method: Boshiamy, Cangjie, Dayi, Pinyin and Pinyin.
zhim! is not a native input method on iPhone, therefore you have to share text between applications via Clipboard, which support by iPhone OS 3.0+
Tap on the blue indicate button to view/search all words in the dictionary of the input method.
Then after finished your article, you may choose to copy all text to clipboard then quite zhim!, go to the another application like Text.app and paste the text. Or if your are going to write a new email or search somewhere from google map, you can select send text to Mail.app or map.app
When send text to Mail.app. zhim! would copy the first line to subject, this could save some time for switching between zhim! and Mail.app or another cut and paste process.
When typing Chinese with some English sentence inside which is very common. You don’t have to switch between different keyboard, you can just type the English word then tap it from matched words area.

A: No. Unfortunately Text.app only accept phone number as parameter from 3rd party app.
Q: Does zhim! support iPhone OS 2.x?
A: No. It could be, but without clipboard support, it would not be useful as it should be.
Q: Does zhim! support lanscape keyboard?
A: No, not really. After using awhile, I don’t feel nay benefit typing with lanscape keyboard. It take too many place for keyboard for keyboard and reduce the vision, so I decide not to enable lanscape keyboard in current version.
